The Iris Group, along with its long-standing OEM partner Xerox, celebrated a proud moment of recognition at the Annual PrintTech Summit & Awards 2025, held on September 3, 2025, at Hotel Suryaa, New Delhi. Organized by a leading national ICT publication, the event recognized excellence and innovation across the print and document solutions industry.
Participating as the Platinum Partner, Iris Group and Xerox reaffirmed their commitment to advancing Managed Print Services (MPS) and next-generation printing solutions. The summit brought together over 500 industry leaders, including OEMs, resellers, system integrators, distributors, and technology partners.

The evening proved to be a landmark for the Iris Group, earning recognition across three major categories:
- Iris Global Services – Best National Distributor of Printer Solutions 2025
- Xerox – Best Document Solutions Brand of the Year 2025
- Iris Waves – Best Managed Print Services Solution Provider 2025
These awards were determined through a mix of online voting and evaluations by an expert jury, who assessed each nominee based on quality of service, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
Together, Iris and Xerox have demonstrated their combined strength in driving scalable, secure, and efficient document management solutions across India’s ICT ecosystem.
Industry Insights and Leadership at the Summit
The summit also featured a thought leadership session where experts from Xerox and Iris Waves shared key insights on the future of Managed Print Services and document automation.
Mr. Vikas Guglani, Head of Marketing at Xerox, showcased the company’s AI-driven automation capabilities, explaining how Xerox technologies empower organizations to enhance productivity while reducing operational costs. Accepting the award on behalf of Xerox, he reaffirmed the brand’s focus on pioneering customer-centric innovations.
Mr. Achin Kumar, Product Manager at Iris Global, received the award on behalf of the group and emphasized the company’s distribution excellence, credit support, and logistics efficiency, which have consistently set benchmarks in India’s ICT distribution sector.
