Sunshine Telelink has announced the inauguration of a new corporate office in Chennai as part of its broader growth strategy focused on expanding distribution, strengthening partnerships, and scaling its lifestyle technology business.
The expansion comes as the company marks two decades of operations in the Indian consumer technology and distribution market.
Focus on Distribution and Category Growth
The company, which operates brands including URBAN, Inbase, Arrow, Willsun, and iPak, stated that the new office will support its growing operations and nationwide partner ecosystem.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Kailash Lakhyani along with several industry representatives and business leaders.
Sunshine Telelink currently operates across product categories including smart wearables, mobile accessories, and lifestyle technology products, serving multiple consumer segments through its brand portfolio.
Nationwide Retail Presence Continues to Expand
According to the company, it has established a retail footprint spanning over 15,000 counters across India while also maintaining a presence in selected international markets.
Sunshine Telelink said its growth has been driven by long-term distribution partnerships and efforts aimed at improving product accessibility across regions.
The company began operations with a retail store called Mobile Link and later expanded into multiple technology categories with brands such as Inbase and URBAN.
Long-Term Growth Strategy Targets Wider Reach
Looking ahead, Sunshine Telelink plans to significantly expand its distribution network and is targeting a distributor base of more than 1,000 partners by 2027–2028.
The company stated that it also plans to strengthen its presence across lifestyle technology categories while building a broader ecosystem supported by innovation and strategic partnerships.

Sunshine Telelink noted that its brands and leadership have received industry recognition over the years, including awards related to fast-growing brands and smart wearables.
The company said the Chennai office expansion reflects its continued focus on building a larger lifestyle technology ecosystem and strengthening its presence in domestic and international markets.
