Nokia X30 5G has currently become the most expensive Nokia phone available in India

Nokia, which is owned by HMD Global, has launched the Nokia X30 5G in India. The phone comes with a Snapdragon 695 chipset and a 90Hz display, among other features, but carries a relatively high price tag. Read on for more information on the device’s pricing, features, and specifications.

As part of the company’s eco-friendly initiative, the Nokia X30 is constructed from 100% recycled aluminum and 65% recycled plastic. The device boasts a 6.43-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display, complete with a 90Hz refresh rate and a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass Victus for added durability.

The Nokia X30 5G is powered by a Snapdragon 695 chipset, combined with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The phone boasts a 50MP primary camera with OIS, alongside a 13MP ultra-wide lens, both of which are protected by Corning Gorilla Glass with DX+ glass. The device also features a 16MP front-facing camera, with various camera modes available such as AI Portrait, Dark Vision, Night mode 2.0, and Tripod mode, among others.

In terms of battery, the Nokia X30 5G houses a 4,200mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging. The phone runs on Android 12, which may be disappointing for some, considering the price point, and supports three OS upgrades and 3 years of monthly security updates.

Additional features of the Nokia X30 5G include support for the GoPro Quik app, pre-installed Spotify, and 30-day access to ExpressVPN. Other highlights include OZO Spatial Audio, an in-display fingerprint scanner, IP67 rating, Face Unlock support, NFC, and more.

The Nokia X30 5G is priced at Rs 48,999, which is relatively high compared to its rivals with the same chipset, such as the iQOO Z6 and the Moto G82, both priced below Rs 30,000. The device is available for purchase from February 20 via Amazon and Nokia’s official website. It comes in two colors, Ice White and Cloudy Blue.

For a limited time, customers can take advantage of a discount of Rs 1,000 and receive free Nokia Comfort earbuds (worth Rs 2,799) and a 33W charger (worth Rs 2,999) when purchasing the phone.
