Logitech Expands G3 Series Gaming Lineup with New G305 X SUPERLIGHT Mouse and G316 X Keyboard

Logitech G has expanded its G3 Series gaming portfolio with the launch of the G305 X SUPERLIGHT wireless gaming mouse and the G316 X 98 wired mechanical gaming keyboard. The new products join the previously launched G325 gaming headset, creating a complete desktop gaming ecosystem designed to deliver high-performance features at a more accessible price point.

G305 X SUPERLIGHT Brings Pro-Level Performance to More Gamers

Building on the popularity of the original G305, Logitech G has introduced the G305 X SUPERLIGHT with significant upgrades focused on speed, precision, and lightweight design.

The mouse features an updated HERO sensor supporting up to 44K DPI and weighs approximately 59 grams, making it considerably lighter while retaining the familiar shape preferred by many gamers.

It also supports ultra-low-latency LIGHTSPEED wireless connectivity, Bluetooth, and wired modes, giving users flexibility across different gaming and productivity setups.

For competitive gaming, the G305 X SUPERLIGHT can be paired with the PRO LIGHTSPEED Receiver to enable up to 8 kHz polling rate performance. The mouse delivers more than 130 hours of battery life and supports USB-C charging, with a two-minute charge providing up to 3.5 hours of gameplay.

The design incorporates at least 51% recycled plastic and features exposed screws to support easier repairs and longer product life.

G316 X Keyboard Focuses on Speed and Customization

The new G316 X 98 wired mechanical keyboard is designed to combine competitive gaming performance with the customization and typing feel often associated with enthusiast mechanical keyboards.

The keyboard offers 8 kHz polling rate and a 0.125ms response time, enabling fast and precise input during gaming sessions.

Its multi-layer snap-fit gasket design is engineered to enhance typing acoustics while maintaining structural rigidity. Logitech says the construction delivers a more satisfying typing experience without relying on traditional screw-based assembly.

A built-in dot-matrix LED display and control dial allow users to adjust settings such as brightness, polling rate, music playback, and volume directly from the keyboard. An interactive LIGHTSYNC RGB light bar provides visual feedback for these controls.

The keyboard also supports per-key RGB lighting, customizable macros, hot-swappable switches, and compatible cross-hatch stem keycaps for greater personalization.

Completes the G3 Series Ecosystem

The new mouse and keyboard complement the existing G325 LIGHTSPEED wireless gaming headset, which features 24-bit audio and an AI-powered noise reduction microphone. Together, the products form a complete gaming setup aimed at users seeking premium gaming features without moving into flagship pricing territory.

Price and Availability

The Logitech G305 X SUPERLIGHT gaming mouse will be available in Black and White color options at $79.99 starting June 30, 2026.

The Logitech G316 X mechanical gaming keyboard will also be available in Black and White and is priced at $119.99.

The G325 LIGHTSPEED gaming headset is already available at $79.99.

All G3 Series products are compatible with Logitech G HUB software, allowing users to customize lighting effects, macros, and performance settings.

Leadership Quote

“By fusing elite precision, like our sub-micron HERO 44K sensor and 8 kHz report rates, with high-end heritage design, we are enabling everyday gamers the ability to level up their gaming experience at an approachable price tag,” said Arnaud Perret-Gentil, Head of Product PC Gaming and Creators at Logitech G. “The G3 Series represents a strategic evolution in our mission to facilitate ‘Play for All.’”
