Logitech has introduced the Mobi Fold Foldable Mouse and Mobi Fold for Business, marking the company’s first foldable mouse designed for professionals who frequently work while traveling or away from traditional office setups.
The new mouse is aimed at addressing what Logitech describes as an “on-the-go productivity gap,” where many professionals own a mouse but continue to rely on laptop trackpads when working from airports, cafés, hotels, and other remote locations due to the inconvenience of carrying traditional peripherals.
Foldable Design Focuses on Portability
The standout feature of the Mobi Fold is its foldable design, which allows the mouse to transform from a compact travel-friendly form into a full-sized productivity tool.
The folding mechanism automatically powers the mouse on when opened and switches it off when folded, helping conserve battery life while simplifying everyday use.
According to Logitech, the design is intended to make carrying a mouse as convenient as carrying other portable work essentials.
Adaptive Touch Scrolling and Custom Controls
The Mobi Fold features Adaptive Touch Scrolling, enabling users to switch between precise line-by-line navigation and faster scrolling through long documents and spreadsheets.
For users seeking additional productivity features, the touch panel includes two customizable buttons that can be configured through the Logi Options+ application to perform functions such as taking screenshots, switching applications, or launching shortcuts.
Multi-Device Connectivity
The mouse supports Bluetooth connectivity and can pair with up to three devices simultaneously.
Users can switch between supported platforms including Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, Android, iPadOS, and Linux. The Mobi Fold for Business additionally includes a Logi Bolt receiver designed to provide secure and reliable wireless connectivity in enterprise environments.
The device also becomes Logitech’s first input product to receive Fast Pair certification for compatible Google devices.
Built for Travel and Everyday Mobility
Logitech says the Mobi Fold has been engineered to withstand regular travel and daily use.
The mouse features a dust-resistant silicone exterior, has been drop-tested, and incorporates an internal hinge that the company says is rated to withstand up to 15 years of daily use.
Quiet-click technology is also included to reduce noise in shared workspaces such as libraries, airports, and cafés.
An on-device AI model has been integrated to help prevent accidental clicks when the mouse is folded.
Fast Charging and Extended Battery Life
Battery performance is another key focus of the Mobi Fold.
According to Logitech, a one-minute charge can provide up to 22 hours of usage, while a full charge can deliver up to 30 days of battery life, reducing the need for frequent charging during travel.
Sustainability-Focused Design
The Mobi Fold incorporates sustainability-focused materials, including certified post-consumer recycled plastic and recycled rare earth metals used in its magnets.
The packaging is made using FSC-certified paper, reflecting Logitech’s broader efforts to reduce the environmental impact of its products.
Mobi Fold for Business
Alongside the consumer version, Logitech has introduced the Mobi Fold for Business, which includes enterprise-focused features such as a Logi Bolt USB-C receiver, Sync support for IT monitoring, compatibility across multiple operating systems, and a two-year limited hardware warranty.
Pricing and Availability of Mobi Fold Foldable Mouse
The Logitech Mobi Fold will be available globally in Graphite, with Lilac and Off White variants offered in select markets.
Pricing starts at $79.99 in the United States, $119.99 in Canada, €79.99 in Europe, and £69.99 in the United Kingdom.
The Mobi Fold for Business is priced at $89.99, $129.99 CAD, €84.99, and £74.99, and will be available through authorized Logitech business channels.
