Iris Global Partners Uniline Energy in ₹200 Crore Distribution Alliance to Expand Power Solutions Business Across India

ICT distribution company Iris Global Services has announced a strategic nationwide distribution partnership with Uniline Energy Systems Pvt. Ltd., one of India’s established manufacturers of mission-critical power solutions. The collaboration is targeting a business milestone of ₹200 crore while significantly expanding Uniline’s reach across the country.

The alliance strengthens Iris Global’s position in the technology distribution ecosystem while enabling Uniline to scale its presence in enterprise, government, and infrastructure projects through a wider channel network.

Uniline Brings Over Three Decades of Power Solutions Expertise

Founded in 1989, Uniline Energy Systems has built a strong reputation in power conditioning and backup solutions. The company offers a wide portfolio that includes UPS systems, inverters, solar power solutions, and advanced energy management products.

With manufacturing facilities located in Delhi and Parwanoo, Uniline serves sectors such as banking, defence, healthcare, telecom, IT, and critical infrastructure. The company has more than 35 years of experience in delivering reliable power solutions for mission-critical applications.

Iris Global to Expand Uniline’s Reach Across India

Through this partnership, Iris Global will leverage its extensive distribution network spanning more than 19,000 pin codes and over 10,000 channel partners across India.

A major advantage for Uniline will be access to Iris Global’s established partner ecosystem, enabling faster market expansion and easier onboarding of credible project-focused partners. This is expected to accelerate penetration into government projects, enterprise deployments, and large-scale infrastructure opportunities.

Credit Support to Boost Project Execution

One of the key highlights of the alliance is Iris Global’s ability to facilitate structured credit support through its network of NBFC partners.

This arrangement is expected to provide channel partners with improved liquidity and financial flexibility, allowing them to execute larger projects and speed up order conversions. The initiative could be particularly beneficial for government tenders and enterprise contracts that require substantial upfront investments.

Focus on Lithium-Ion UPS Manufacturing

Uniline reported more than 22% growth in the last financial year, driven largely by demand from telecom, IT, surveillance, and infrastructure sectors.

As part of its long-term growth strategy, the company is investing heavily in indigenous lithium-ion battery-based UPS manufacturing. The move aligns with the increasing adoption of advanced energy storage solutions across industries seeking efficient and reliable power backup systems.

The investment places Uniline among a select group of Indian manufacturers developing in-house lithium-ion energy storage capabilities, reducing dependency on imports while supporting the country’s Make in India initiative.

Expansion Into Tier 2 and Tier 3 Markets

The company believes its manufacturing capabilities and growing distribution footprint will help accelerate deployments across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, townships, and emerging infrastructure hubs where demand for uninterrupted power supply continues to rise.

To support this expansion, Uniline is planning to open new offices and service centres in Goa, Bhubaneswar, and Jammu, strengthening customer support and service coverage across key regions.

Alliance Expected to Drive 75% Growth

According to the companies, the partnership is expected to support a 75% growth trajectory for Uniline during the current financial year.

With increasing investments in digital infrastructure, telecom networks, surveillance systems, healthcare facilities, and smart city projects, both organizations see significant opportunities for locally engineered power solutions that can meet India’s growing energy and infrastructure requirements.
