Bybit AI Goes Live to Bring Trading and Customer Support Into One Chat Interface

Bybit has officially launched Bybit AI, a conversational assistant designed to bring the cryptocurrency exchange’s core services into a single chat interface within the Bybit app.

The launch was announced on September 10, 2026. The AI assistant initially brings together trading and customer support, allowing users to interact with Bybit services through natural language.

Bybit AI Lets Users Give Instructions in Plain Language

Bybit AI allows users to describe what they need in plain language. The assistant interprets the user’s intent and executes the requested action on their behalf.

The company positions Bybit AI as an intelligent co-pilot for everyday trading and account management, reducing the need for users to navigate multiple web pages, menus and dashboards.

Chat to Trade Brings Multiple Services Into One Interface

With Bybit AI, users can use a single conversation to perform different tasks. Instead of searching through separate tools, users can state their requirements directly in the chat.

For example, users can ask to check their portfolio balance, place a trade or submit a support request, with Bybit AI handling the underlying action within the conversation.

Bybit said its product architecture is based on the principle that infrastructure should provide the underlying connections, while individual business lines connect to a single interface. This allows different services to be presented as one continuous assistant instead of separate products.

Bybit Plans to Connect More Services Through Open API

Bybit has also revealed a roadmap to bring more of its services together through Open API.

The roadmap includes trading, Earn, loans, card and customer support, with the aim of creating a more unified user experience.

Rockman Zhang, CTO at Bybit, said the company is not looking to add another dashboard or simply introduce another chatbot. According to him, the goal is to help users find what they need and take action in one place through an interface that brings relevant products and services together.

Bybit AI Supports Trading and Other Services

In its initial rollout, Bybit AI is being deployed for all users across two main areas.

The first is a single AI assistant designed to support key features across Spot, Futures and Options trading, Bybit Earn, Copy Trading, Trading Bot, Loan, P2P, Bybit Card and Spot X.

The assistant also provides access to the Rewards Hub as well as notification and subscription management.

Bybit AI Upgrades Customer Support

The second major area is intelligent customer support. Bybit AI is designed to work alongside professional human agents while retaining the human element of customer service.

The AI-powered support experience is integrated directly into Bybit AI. The company said this approach is intended to help resolve customer queries faster and more effectively.

Bybit AI Uses a Security-First Architecture

Users who are eligible for Bybit AI need to activate the feature first. Activation creates a dedicated Bybit AI sub-account.

Bybit said it has designed the AI system around a security-first architecture. The dedicated sub-account is isolated from the user’s main balance to reduce potential AI-related risks.

The setup also provides instant onboarding without requiring users to create an API key or complete manual configuration.

Bybit AI Aims to Simplify the Financial Experience

With the launch of Bybit AI, the exchange is bringing trading, account management and customer support into a conversational interface. Instead of navigating multiple services separately, users can describe their requirements and interact with the platform through a single AI assistant.

The initial launch covers a wide range of Bybit services, while the company’s Open API roadmap points toward further integration of trading, Earn, loans, card and customer support into a more unified experience.

Leadership Comment

“Bybit AI is an important part of our roadmap for the New Financial Platform,” said Ben Zhou, Co-founder and CEO of Bybit. “We want to make it easier for users to access the financial services they need in one place. As we continue to develop Bybit AI, users will be able to use it to find and access a wider range of products and services on Bybit. The idea is simple: you tell Bybit AI what you want to do, and it helps you find the right products and services to get it done, like having a team of financial experts right in your pocket.”
