Japanese consumer electronics brand AKAI has expanded its audio portfolio in India with the launch of four new products. The latest lineup includes the AKAI SB-24 Bluetooth Soundbar, AKAI BD-24 Bluetooth Speaker, AKAI PM-1400 TURBO Party Speaker, and AKAI PM-2400 TURBO Party Speaker.
With these launches, the company has strengthened its presence across multiple audio categories, including soundbars, portable Bluetooth speakers, and high-powered party speakers.
AKAI SB-24 Bluetooth Soundbar
The AKAI SB-24 is a compact Bluetooth soundbar that delivers 24W RMS output through dual 2.25-inch drivers. It features Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity, RGB LED lighting, IPX4 splash resistance, and a 2,400mAh battery that offers up to five hours of playback.
The soundbar also supports True Wireless Stereo (TWS) pairing, USB, AUX, TF card playback, Type-C charging, and includes a built-in microphone for hands-free calling.
AKAI BD-24 Bluetooth Speaker
The AKAI BD-24 is a portable Bluetooth speaker with a 24W RMS output and a 2.5-inch driver. It uses a Class D switching amplifier designed to deliver efficient audio performance while improving battery life.
The speaker packs a 3,600mAh battery with up to five hours of playback. It also supports Bluetooth 5.0, TWS pairing, USB, AUX, TF card playback, Type-C charging, RGB lighting, and a built-in microphone for voice calls.
AKAI PM-1400 TURBO Party Speaker
The AKAI PM-1400 TURBO is designed for parties and events with dual 8-inch woofers and a 140W RMS output. It supports True Wireless Stereo pairing, allowing two compatible speakers to deliver up to 280W stereo sound.
The speaker includes a rechargeable wireless microphone, a wired microphone input, RGB lighting, and a digital display for controlling Bluetooth, USB, TF card, and AUX playback modes. It is powered by a 4,500mAh battery that provides up to four hours of playback and comes with a one-year warranty.
AKAI PM-2400 TURBO Party Speaker
The flagship AKAI PM-2400 TURBO delivers 240W RMS output through dual 10-inch woofers and a dedicated tweeter. It supports TWS pairing, enabling two speakers to create a combined 480W stereo sound output.
The speaker is equipped with a rechargeable wireless microphone, karaoke support, and a dedicated guitar input, making it suitable for live performances, events, and home entertainment. Additional features include RGB lighting, voice effects, and a 7,200mAh battery that offers up to 4.5 hours of playback.
Availability
The new AKAI audio products are available through the company’s official website, select online platforms, and authorised retail stores across India.
Price
Among the newly launched products, the AKAI PM-2400 TURBO is priced at ₹29,990. The company has not announced pricing for the other products in the lineup.
