Bybit AI Adds Personalization and Long-Term Memory to Deliver Tailored Financial Insights

Bybit has announced new personalization and memory features for Bybit AI, its in-app conversational assistant. Announced on October 23, 2026, the update aims to help users access financial insights tailored to their assets, positions, financial behaviour and risk profiles.

The company, which says it serves more than 80 million users worldwide, launched Bybit AI in September 2026. The assistant brings several of the platform’s core services into a single chat interface. With the latest update, Bybit AI aims to move beyond answering individual queries by retaining context and building a more continuous understanding of each user’s preferences and financial activity.

Bybit AI Connects Trading, Markets and Financial Products

The upgraded assistant is built around three capabilities: personalization, connected services and long-term memory.

With user permission and defined limits, Bybit AI can analyse account information, including assets, positions, financial behaviour and risk profile, to generate more relevant outputs. This is intended to make its responses more specific to individual users rather than relying on general market information alone.

The assistant also connects services across Bybit’s ecosystem, including Markets, Trading, Earn and Card. By drawing on information across these products, it aims to provide insights based on a broader view of a user’s holdings and activity.

Long-Term Memory Helps Retain User Preferences

The new memory feature allows users to share preferences with Bybit AI, which can retain that context for future conversations. This means users can build on earlier interactions instead of repeatedly providing the same background information.

Bybit aims to make the assistant more useful for ongoing financial queries by combining remembered preferences with information available from a user’s account, subject to the permissions granted.

Featured Offers Guided Financial Analysis

The update also introduces Featured, a collection of customised entry points designed for specific use cases. These provide predefined prompts to help users access relevant AI-powered functions.

For example, a user can request a wealth management plan based on their assets and risk tolerance. The assistant then provides structured analysis with key data, insights and suggested next steps.

The feature is intended to make it easier for users to navigate financial questions without having to formulate every request from scratch.

Security and User Authorisation Remain Central

Bybit said its AI assistant follows a security-first architecture and supports main account operations. Users can also choose to deploy the assistant within a dedicated Bybit AI sub-account.

Instructions are executed in chats only after customer authorisation. The company also clarified that the assistant’s outputs are for informational purposes and do not constitute investment advice.

Bybit Plans Further AI Updates

Bybit expects to introduce additional updates as it works towards AI-native financial services, positioning conversational intelligence as a core part of its platform.

The latest changes bring personalisation and memory into the assistant’s financial interactions. However, users should continue to assess financial decisions independently, particularly when dealing with trading risks and investment-related choices.
