Acer has expanded its smart connected e-mobility portfolio at COMPUTEX 2026, unveiling a range of e-bikes and e-scooters supported by a unified software platform designed to deliver a more connected and intuitive riding experience.
The company’s latest e-mobility strategy combines electric mobility hardware with integrated software capabilities, enabling users to access vehicle information, riding data, and device controls through a single platform.
Acer Introduces New Urban Mobility Solutions
The latest lineup includes the Acer Nitro eCity Plus e-bike and the Acer ES Series 3 Select e-scooter, both designed to address different urban commuting requirements.
The Acer Nitro eCity Plus e-bike (ANCI-R8620O-260) is aimed at everyday commuting and family use, offering flexible cargo configurations, multiple riding modes, and responsive power delivery. The e-bike also features a removable battery designed to make charging more convenient.
The Acer ES Series 3 Select e-scooter (AES033) focuses on portability and daily urban travel. Acer has equipped the scooter with a lightweight, compact, and foldable design, along with multiple riding modes, optimized braking systems, and integrated lighting features.
Acer eMobility App Gains Voice Control Features
Acer has also introduced new smartphone-based voice controls through the Acer eMobility app. The updated application allows riders to check battery status and manage lighting functions using voice commands.
The app serves as a unified interface across Acer’s e-bike and e-scooter portfolio, providing access to vehicle status, battery information, riding history, device settings, and performance data.
According to Acer, the application is designed to simplify device management while providing a more connected riding experience across multiple mobility products.
Security Features Integrated Into the Platform
The Acer eMobility app also includes security features tailored to different vehicle categories.
For compatible e-scooters, users can activate an e-lock feature through voice commands. The system automatically locks the scooter when movement is detected and can trigger an alarm if unauthorized movement occurs.
For e-bikes, the application provides anti-theft notifications that alert users about vehicle movement, helping riders stay informed about the status of their vehicles.
