Experienced Leader Returns to POWERCON
With close to two decades of experience across IT, renewables, FMCG, and EPC sectors, Deepika returns to POWERCON for her second stint. Her familiarity with the organisation’s operating environment and evolving business priorities positions her to play a key role in aligning people strategy with growth objectives. Her expertise spans talent strategy, organisational design, performance management, learning and development, and leadership coaching.
Diverse Industry Experience Across Leading Organisations
Deepika has previously held leadership roles at Monster India, VA TECH WABAG, Sula Vineyards, ITCube Solutions, and Tekdi Technologies, where she contributed to building high-performance teams and driving organisational transformation across industries.
Focus on Talent Strategy and Organisational Effectiveness
In her new role, she will work closely with the leadership team to strengthen leadership capabilities, improve organisational effectiveness, and bring consistency to people practices across the group. She will also focus on developing structured talent pipelines across POWERCON Group companies, including CORE®, CFEE®, DataMann®, DroneMaster®, HT Infra®, PowerSun®, and PowerWind. Leveraging her experience in capacity building and industry-academia collaboration, she aims to create a strong pool of deployment-ready talent.

POWERCON continues to expand its footprint across multiple geographies, with operations spanning 23 countries and a workforce of over 700 employees serving global conglomerates, independent power producers, and OEMs. The appointment reflects the company’s strategic emphasis on strengthening its people framework to support sustained global growth in the renewable energy sector.
