ASUS Unveils TUF Gaming GT502 Horizon Mid-Tower PC Case

ASUS has officially launched the TUF Gaming GT502 Horizon, a mid-tower PC case that redefines PC building with its seamless panoramic view, enhanced cooling features, and military-grade durability. Designed for gamers and PC enthusiasts, the GT502 Horizon offers advanced design elements and top-tier performance, making it a standout addition to ASUS’s TUF Gaming lineup.

Seamless Panoramic View with Enhanced Durability

The most striking feature of the TUF Gaming GT502 Horizon is its seamless view, thanks to the removal of the front pillar that previously separated the front and side tempered glass panels. This design allows users to enjoy an uninterrupted view of their build that stretches nearly halfway around the case, creating a striking aesthetic.

Despite the removal of the pillar, ASUS has reinforced the GT502 Horizon with advanced structural techniques, allowing the case to support up to 30kg of weight. The durable design, coupled with sturdy fabric handles, ensures the case can be moved and adjusted without sacrificing stability. Available in Classic Black and Snowy White, the case also features color-matched modular cables for a unified look.

New RGB Lighting Options

For builders looking to highlight their components with RGB lighting, ASUS introduces the TUF Gaming ARGB Lighting Kit. This kit offers ambient lighting strips that attach magnetically to the tempered-glass panels, providing easy installation and full compatibility with Aura Sync for a fully synchronized lighting setup.

ASUS also introduces the TUF Gaming ARGB PWM Fan Hub, which connects up to six case fans with PWM and ARGB control. Designed for durability and safety, the fan hub features a protective wiring cover and safety fuses for overcurrent and short-circuit protection. Dual SATA inputs provide ample power, and two embedded magnets simplify installation, ensuring the hub blends seamlessly with the GT502 Horizon’s rugged design.

Additionally, the TUF Gaming TR120 ARGB fans, announced earlier this year, are now available in retail stores. These fans deliver enhanced airflow and static pressure while maintaining low noise levels, making them an ideal choice for cooling high-performance systems.

Dual-Chamber Cooling for Maximum Efficiency

The GT502 Horizon is designed with a dual-chamber layout that offers exceptional cooling flexibility. The rear chamber provides ample space for cable management and houses the power supply and up to three storage drives or a 360mm radiator. This design isolates heat-producing components in the main chamber for optimized airflow.

The main chamber supports up to 13 fans and radiators as large as 360mm, allowing users to cool both their CPU and graphics card with liquid coolers or custom loops. Broad vents on the bottom panel draw in cool air, ensuring efficient thermal management, even during high-performance gaming or overclocking.

Simplified Building and Customization

ASUS has designed the GT502 Horizon to offer an easy, intuitive building experience. The case supports ATX motherboards and power supplies, and its tool-free side panels allow for quick access to the interior. Cable management is a breeze with 90mm of space in the right chamber, ensuring a clean and organized build.

The case can accommodate graphics cards up to 400mm in length and includes a vertical mounting bracket for flexible GPU orientation. Additionally, the GT502 Horizon comes with a graphics card holder that prevents GPU sag and maintains card alignment over time, whether mounted horizontally or vertically.

For modders, the GT502 Horizon is highly customizable with over 19 detachable parts, giving users the freedom to personalize and modify their build as desired.

Convenient Connectivity and Easy Maintenance

The front panel of the GT502 Horizon is equipped with a wide array of ports, including a USB-C® port capable of 10Gbps transfer speeds, ensuring fast and easy connectivity for peripherals.

Availability

The TUF Gaming GT502 Horizon, along with the TUF Gaming ARGB Lighting Kit and TUF Gaming ARGB PWM Fan Hub, is set to be released in the fourth quarter of 2024. These new products from ASUS promise to deliver style, durability, and high performance to PC builders and gaming enthusiasts alike.
