Aarti Gupta
Aarti Gupta is an accomplished investment strategist with over a decade of experience leading her family office, DM Gupta Family, Jagran Group. Additionally, she holds the position of Chief Investment Officer at Anikarth Ventures, an angel-investing firm dedicated to supporting early-stage startups offering transformative solutions.
With a strong commitment to empowering women founders and entrepreneurs, Aarti actively promotes initiatives focused on women’s financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and job readiness. She serves as the National Head for FICCI FLO Startups, concentrating on women investors and founders. Furthermore, Aarti is affiliated with Jindal Stainless Steels as an independent director.
Educationally, Aarti holds a PhD in Economics from IIT Kanpur, a Master’s in Economics from Northeastern University, and a post-graduate diploma in business studies from Harvard University. Debjani Ghosh
Debjani Ghosh is the first woman President of the National Association of Software & Services Companies (NASSCOM) in almost three decades. Her active role in engaging with the Government and industry stakeholders shaped the ‘Think Digital, Think India’ strategy. Debjani aims to accelerate growth and bolster India’s standing as a hub for innovation and digital talent. She is one of the women investors to look up to in the coming years.
With a rich professional background, Debjani has contributed her expertise to organizations such as CISCO, Intel Corporation, and Yes Bank. She holds an MBA from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, complemented by a graduation in political science from Osmania University.

Namita Vikas Thapar, serving as the Executive Director of Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited, holds additional roles as the India Head of Young Entrepreneurs Academy, Inc. Notably, she is also recognized as an Angel Investor. She has made a name for herself as a woman investor in Brandsdaddy, Girgit, STAGE, Very Much Indian, and Skippi Ice Pops. Padmaja Ruparel
Padmaja Ruparel co-founded the Indian Angel Network and serves as the Founding Partner at IAN Fund, a SEBI-registered category II venture capital fund with a valuation of INR 1,000 Cr.
Under her leadership, the Indian Angel Network has made strategic investments in a diverse range of companies including Indium Finance, Elctrifuel, Crest, Sirona Hyginene, Huddle, and Zypp Electric, among others, totaling to 180 ventures in its portfolio. Padmaja is another inspiring women investor from India who is making a difference with her work.

Falguni Nayar
Falguni Nayar serves as the founder and CEO of Nykaa, a prominent beauty-focused retail brand in India. Under her leadership, Nykaa has become a key player in shaping the beauty market in the country.
Before Nykaa, Falguni held positions at organizations such as AF Ferguson and Co., Kotak Securities, and Kotak Mahindra, showcasing her extensive experience in the financial sector.
