WSO2 Inc., a renowned independent software vendor specializing in open-source API management, integration, and identity and access management (IAM) products, has inaugurated a new office in Bengaluru, India. Operating under the name ‘WSO2 India (Private) Ltd.’, this expansion aligns with the company’s strategic vision to bolster its global service and support capabilities by establishing a stronger foothold in key regions. Alok Bardiya, appointed as Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Development, will spearhead operations in India, driving the company’s growth trajectory.

The India office serves as a pivotal hub for fostering collaboration and synergy among WSO2’s diverse teams worldwide. By facilitating cross-functional cooperation and knowledge exchange, the company aims to harness the collective expertise of its workforce, driving continuous improvement and delivering enhanced value to its global clientele. Furthermore, WSO2’s local presence in India will strengthen partnerships with key entities like Tech Mahindra and LTI Mindtree, bolstering collaborative efforts to expand its customer base across India and the Asia Pacific region.
Strategic Expansion for Customer Service Excellence
