Beta users can update their WhatsApp app to these versions to access the enhanced group video call functionality. It’s worth noting that the rollout will be gradual, and not all users may receive the update simultaneously.
Starting a group video call on WhatsApp is a simple process. Users need to open the calls tab, select the create call button at the top, and then choose the option to start a new group video call. From there, participants can be selected from the contact list. Initially, users were limited to adding only seven people to the group video call. However, after the call begins, they can now add additional participants, up to a total of 32.
