The new facility in Plano is Tech Mahindra’s 19th office in the U.S. and was strategically chosen for its strong business environment and skilled talent pool. Spanning 27,000 square feet with 130 seats, the new office further solidifies the company’s presence in North Texas. Tech Mahindra, which operates in over 90 countries with a workforce of more than 150,000 employees, views this expansion as a key step in enhancing its regional impact.
Lakshmanan Chidambaram, President and Head of Americas Leadership Council at Tech Mahindra, noted, “Texas’ growth as a technology and innovation hub continues unabated. As a top employer in North Texas, we celebrate the opening of our new facility, which underscores our commitment to supporting customers, partners and the local economy. This space will enable us to enhance our innovation offerings, particularly in areas such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and cybersecurity, delivering cutting-edge solutions that meet evolving industry needs.”

In addition to housing core operational functions like consulting, delivery, and customer support, the new Plano office will feature an Innovation Lab.
