The new Antara maintains Sonodyne’s renowned sonic signature in a compact enclosure that delivers impressive sound pressure levels (SPL) and low-frequency response. Designed for portability, the Antara is equipped with a hefty battery that provides up to 12 hours of playtime. Users can check the battery level via their smartphone when paired with the Antara through Bluetooth.
Advanced Acoustic Performance
The Antara-1 produces big sound from a small box by utilizing specially designed drivers and DSP technology. It features two 2 ½” subwoofers and two dome tweeters for true stereo reproduction. To assist the woofers in delivering low frequencies, the enclosure employs two 2 ½” high-compliance passive radiators on either side. A powerful, high-efficiency 40-watt Class D amplifier drives these transducers, ensuring exceptional audio quality.
Convenient Charging and Connectivity
Charging the built-in battery requires a high-current USB charger, which is included with the product along with a high-current USB cable. The charger is a 5V USB type, allowing users to also charge the Antara with a suitable power bank when mains power is unavailable.
Versatile Music Player
The Antara uses the latest Bluetooth 5.4 version and also features an analogue line input via a 3.5mm phone socket and a USB port for playing audio files from a USB drive. Additionally, it includes an audio output that can be connected to a powered subwoofer for enhanced low-frequency response. Users can also pair one Antara to another in Duet mode for a louder and more expansive sound experience.
