Smartworks Expands Singapore Presence With New Managed Office at Manulife Tower

Smartworks has expanded its operations in Singapore through its wholly owned subsidiary, Smartworks Space Pte Ltd, by adding a new managed office facility at the Manulife Tower in Singapore’s Central Business District.

With the latest addition, the company’s total footprint in Singapore has crossed 50,000 sq. ft., strengthening its presence in one of Asia’s key business hubs.

New Centre Adds Over 15,000 Sq. Ft. of Workspace

The newly launched managed office space spans more than 15,000 sq. ft. within Manulife Tower, a building that holds both LEED Gold and Green Mark Gold certifications.

According to the company, the centre has been designed to cater to a wide range of occupiers, including high-growth companies, multinational corporations, Fortune 500 businesses, and Global Capability Centres (GCCs).

Prime CBD Location

Located directly above Telok Ayer MRT and within walking distance of Raffles Place MRT, the new workspace offers convenient connectivity across Singapore’s business district.

The location also provides access to nearby restaurants, retail outlets, fitness centres, and wellness facilities, enhancing the overall workplace experience for employees and business teams.

Signature Smartworks Workspace Features

The Manulife Tower facility incorporates Smartworks’ managed office model, including customized office design and fit-outs, ergonomic workstations, private meeting rooms, and dedicated collaboration areas.

The company aims to provide fully serviced workspace solutions that allow enterprises to focus on business operations while outsourcing workspace management and infrastructure requirements.

Growing Singapore Portfolio

The new centre becomes part of Smartworks’ expanding Singapore portfolio, joining its existing facilities at Great Eastern Centre on Pickering Street and Keppel Bay Tower at HarbourFront Avenue.

The expansion further strengthens the company’s presence across Singapore’s CBD and supports its international growth strategy.

Growth Momentum Continues

The Singapore expansion follows a strong financial year for Smartworks. The company recently reported FY26 revenue of ₹1,796 crore, representing 31% year-on-year growth, while also achieving its first full year of reported profitability at the PAT level.

During FY26, Smartworks also became the first listed flexible workspace operator in India to surpass 10 million square feet of operational portfolio, marking another milestone in its growth journey.

The company remains the only homegrown and listed flexible workspace provider from India with an international presence.

Leadership Quote

Commenting on the expansion, Neetish Sarda, Founder & Managing Director, Smartworks, said: “Singapore has always been a strategic priority for Smartworks – a gateway to Asia’s most dynamic business community and a market where the demand for fully serviced workspace continues to grow strongly. Manulife Tower is a landmark address in the heart of the CBD, and this expansion reflects our conviction that forward-looking enterprises deserve workspaces that match their ambitions – flexible and fully operational, letting them focus on what their business demands and leaving the rest to us. Singapore’s position as Asia’s premier business hub, combined with the continued growth of GCCs and multinational enterprises deepening their regional presence, gives us strong confidence in the market’s trajectory.”
