Realme teases the launch of the Buds Air 5 Pro in India

During the launch event of the Realme 11 Pro 5G series in India , Realme hinted at the upcoming release of a new audio device. The device in question is the Realme Buds Air 5 Pro, a TWS (True Wireless Stereo) earphone. While the brand did not disclose the exact launch date, it is expected to be available in the near future. The Realme Buds Air 5 Pro was previously introduced in China last month.

As the Indian variant will be identical to the Chinese version, the full specifications are already known. The Realme Buds Air 5 Pro is equipped with an 11mm dynamic driver and 6mm secondary drivers. It offers active noise cancellation of up to 50 dB and features triple built-in microphones for AI noise cancellation during calls. The earbuds support Spatial sound effects and the LDAC codec.

With a 460mAh battery and each earbud backed by a 60mAh cell, the Realme Buds Air 5 Pro claims to provide a total battery life of 40 hours. The TWS earphones are IPX5-rated water-resistant and offer Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity.

In China, the Realme Buds Air 5 Pro is priced at CNY 3,999 (approximately $57). More details regarding the Indian release are expected to be revealed in the coming weeks.
