This year’s study involved over 354 companies representing a wide range of industries, geographical regions, and business sectors. These companies underwent a rigorous evaluation process, scrutinizing the depth of their practices, programs, and policies aimed at fostering gender inclusion in their workplaces. As a result of this rigorous evaluation, the Top 100 Best Companies for Women were alphabetically ranked, and R1 RCM earned its rightful place on this esteemed list.
