Paras Defence and Space Technologies Ltd. has announced a strategic investment in Logic Fruit Technologies Private Limited, acquiring an 8% stake for ₹10 crore. The announcement, made at AERO India 2025, reinforces India’s commitment to advancing indigenous aerospace and defense technologies.

Leveraging Logic Fruit’s High-Performance Computing Expertise

Logic Fruit is a deep-tech company specializing in high-performance computing, FPGA/SoC-based embedded solutions, and advanced signal processing. With a strong R&D focus, the company develops mission-critical systems for industries such as aerospace, defense, telecommunications, and semiconductors.

Through this investment, Paras Defence will leverage Logic Fruit’s expertise in AI-driven embedded solutions and real-time computing architectures to enhance the capabilities of its subsidiary, Paras Anti-Drone Technologies Private Limited. This partnership aims to accelerate next-generation defense innovations and create advanced high-performance computing solutions.

Strengthening India’s Defence and Aerospace Industry
