OPPO has officially announced the upcoming launch of the F23 5G, the next addition to its F series 5G smartphones, in India on May 15th. However, teasers indicate that the phone may be launched as the A98 5G in certain markets such as Malaysia.
The phone was recently launched in China as the A1 5G. However, the global and Indian variants of the phone will come with a minor change in the camera specifications, featuring a 64MP rear camera along with a 40x macro lens. OPPO has also confirmed that the phone will have 8GB of RAM, expandable by an additional 8GB, and will feature 256GB of internal storage
