OPPO has discreetly introduced its latest offering, the A38 smartphone, in the UAE, following the earlier release of the A58 model earlier this year. The A38 comes equipped with a 6.56-inch HD+ LCD screen featuring a 90Hz refresh rate and houses a 5MP front-facing camera within the notch.
