OnePlus is generating excitement with teasers for the upcoming launch of its next Nord smartphone in India, despite numerous leaks about the device. The company has now confirmed that it will also be launching the Nord Buds 2R in the country on July 5th.
While the teaser does not disclose the name or exact launch date, it emphasizes the “Fast and Smooth” experience characteristic of OnePlus devices. The company had recently opened applications for the Labs community review program for the Nord, revealing a July launch timeline for the phone. Additionally, OnePlus is currently running a contest on its website from June 23rd to July 5th, further hinting at the simultaneous launch of the new Nord smartphone and the Nord Buds 2R.
The first teaser image showcases the presence of an alert slider on the phone, along with a green color option. Previously leaked renders have also indicated a gray color variant. Reports suggest that the upcoming Nord will share similar specifications and design with the OnePlus Ace 2V, recently introduced in China, albeit with a different rear camera sensor.
As with previous OnePlus phones, the new Nord is expected to be available for purchase on Amazon.in, as well as the official OnePlus online store and offline retail outlets.
