Nothing Opens Sixth Exclusive Service Centre in Kolkata, Targets 500 Centres by End of 2026

London-based consumer tech brand Nothing has opened its sixth Exclusive Service Centre in India, expanding its after-sales footprint with a new facility in Kolkata. The move strengthens the company’s service infrastructure in Eastern India and aligns with its broader plan to scale to 500 service centres nationwide by the end of 2026.

With five Exclusive Service Centres already operational, the Kolkata launch represents the next phase in Nothing’s strategy to build a premium, brand-led service ecosystem that keeps pace with its rapidly growing user base in India.

Dedicated Premium Service Experience

The new Exclusive Service Centre is designed to offer priority servicing, expert diagnostics, and specialized technical assistance through trained support teams. The facility aims to deliver faster turnaround times and a more focused customer experience within a dedicated brand environment.

Located at 3rd Floor, #66 Vivekananda Road, Girish Park North, P.S. Girish Park, Kolkata – 700006, the centre operates from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, and remains closed on Sundays. Every second and fourth Saturday is observed as Nothing Service Day, where customers can access complimentary product cleaning, discounts on spare parts, and zero service charges.

Expanding Nationwide Service Network

In 2025, Nothing expanded its service network across India from 350 to 430 centres. The company has now outlined a roadmap to reach 500 service centres by the end of 2026. Additionally, priority service desks have grown from five to more than 30 locations, significantly improving accessibility and reducing repair timelines across key markets.

The Kolkata centre will also host service camps and provide access to extended care plans and device protection solutions, enhancing the overall ownership experience for customers in the region.

India Remains a Strategic Growth Market

India continues to be a major growth engine for Nothing. The company emerged as the fastest-growing smartphone brand in the country, leading growth rankings for seven out of eight consecutive quarters in 2025. It crossed $1 billion in cumulative sales at the start of 2025 and has since grown into a $1.3 billion business, backed by $200 million in Series C funding from global investors.

Earlier this month, Nothing inaugurated its first flagship offline store in Bengaluru, further strengthening its physical retail presence. The company is also preparing for the launch of Phone (4a) on March 5, 2026, underscoring its continued momentum in the Indian smartphone market.

Leadership Quote

Speaking on the expansion, Akis Evangelidis, co-founder and India President, Nothing India said, “At Nothing, we see customer experience as an extension of product experience. As our community continues to grow across India, expanding our exclusive service infrastructure is essential. The launch of our sixth Exclusive Service Centre in Kolkata reflects our commitment to delivering faster, more reliable, and more specialised support to our users in the country.”

With the Kolkata Exclusive Service Centre, Nothing reinforces its commitment to building a premium after-sales ecosystem that supports its expanding customer community across India.
