Serving as a collaborative platform for industry stakeholders, this lab will foster the testing of groundbreaking solutions, evaluating their potential for commercialization.
Unlocking ‘Network as a Sensor’ Technology
An integral facet of this innovative lab is its focus on ‘Network as a Sensor’ technology. This visionary approach enables the network to perceive objects, individuals, and movement without the need for on-board sensors. In the 6G era, ‘Network as a Sensor’ emerges as a pivotal enabling technology that harmoniously blends the digital and physical worlds. It seamlessly integrates sensing capabilities into the wireless network, operating concurrently with communication services. This breakthrough has the potential to empower individuals to visualize their surroundings, gather information from distant objects, and interact with remote entities.
