Since starting we believe that Radiant growth is directly proportional to the well-being and happiness of each and every employee. For that, we have created a workplace environment that is free of peer pressure and chronic anxiety. Of course, there is always healthy competition between peers but it is designed in such a manner that suits all employees for self-evaluation and generates value addition in one’s own skill sets.
I believe that some of the most common reasons for office stress are relationship issues with superiors, and colleagues, workload beyond capacity, high-demand performance, work-life balance, and job security.
Having a structured employee grievance mechanism that will look into any sort of discrimination and harassment, policies and guidelines which keeps a check on extended work timings which does not encroach into their personal/family time are some of the measures that we have already implemented to reduce the stress at the workplace
Encouraging employees to live a balanced work life and supporting it with policies that facilitate it is always our prime focus. For that, we are regularly conducting programs and investing in training the employees and their managers on mental health issues and how to identify the signs before it turns into an ailment, how to be empathetic towards employees who undergo it, and how to guide them to seek professional help is something we always take care of.
