Launch of the Tecno Pova 4 in India Is Scheduled for December 7; Teasers Showcase MediaTek Helio G99 SoC with 6,000mAh Battery

The official launch of the Tecno Pova 4 in India will take place on December 7. The new Pova series phone from the Chinese smartphone manufacturer was introduced through social media. Confirmed specs for the gaming-oriented Tecno Pova 4 include a 6nm MediaTek Helio G99 SoC, 8GB of RAM, and 128GB of internal storage. The game engine may run two games at once. In anticipation of the release, Amazon is spreading rumors that the Tecno Pova 4 will soon be available in the country. According to the product page, the next Tecno Pova 4 will include an 18W rapid charging capability and a 6,000mAh battery. It can supposedly provide up to 10 hours of conversation time after only 10 minutes of charging. 

One may expect the Tecno Pova 4 to be released soon, as hinted at by the official Tecno Twitter account. On December 7, there will be a launch ceremony and the smartphone will be available for purchase on Amazon. The launch time, however, is currently unknown. 

For the upcoming Tecno Pova 4 launch in India, Amazon has set up a landing page specifically for the event. It appears from the web store that the next phone will have a MediaTek Helio G99 SoC. The gadget will include 128 GB of storage space and 8 GB of RAM out of the box, with support for an additional 13 GB via the virtual RAM capability. A 6,000 mAh battery with 18W quick charging is promised. According to the manufacturer, a 10-minute charge can provide up to 10 hours of talk time. It also appears to have two cameras on the back. 

Online shoppers who are eager to learn more about the release can subscribe to the news using the “Notify Me” option. 

Some details about the Tecno Pova 4 were revealed last week by tipster Paras Guglani (@passionategeekz) and NewZonly. Based on the rumor, the phone will have a 6.82-inch HD+ screen with a 90Hz refresh rate. It’s possible that Android 12 will power it, and it’s rumored to include a 50-megapixel dual camera supported by AI.
