InvestorAi Founder Akshaya Bhargava Appointed as Chairman of Bank of Ireland

Bhargava will officially assume the role on 1 January 2025.

Despite his new appointment, Bhargava will continue to serve as the Executive Chairman of Bridgeweave India Pvt Ltd, the company behind the InvestorAi platform. InvestorAi is known for its suite of AI-driven investment tools designed to help retail investors make informed equity decisions. The company recently secured Rs 80 crore in funding from renowned investor Ashish Kacholia and collaborates with top brokerage firms like HDFC Securities, Geojit, JM Financial Services, Yes Securities, and others.

Speaking on his appointment, Bhargava expressed his excitement about leading Ireland’s largest bank, one of the oldest financial institutions globally. He emphasized the pivotal role of technology and digital transformation in shaping the future of banking, adding, “It is a privilege to head the Board for the largest bank in Ireland and one of the oldest banks in the world and be part of its journey towards a digital, technology driven future.”
