InMobi has announced a hiring drive aimed at expanding its technology workforce in Lucknow, with recruitment activities scheduled for May 18 and 19, 2026. The initiative will be hosted at the company’s office in Gomti Nagar and coincides with the city’s Bada Mangal festivities.
The company said the hiring effort reflects its broader focus on strengthening Lucknow’s role within its global technology operations.
Focus on Senior Engineering and Security Roles
The recruitment drive is targeting experienced technology professionals with 5 to 12 years of experience across senior engineering and security positions. Open roles include Software Development Engineer III (SDE III), Software Development Engineer IV (SDE IV), Staff Engineers, and Security Operations (SecOps) Leads.
According to InMobi, the initiative aims to provide experienced technology talent with opportunities to work on global-scale products while remaining based in Lucknow rather than relocating to larger metropolitan hubs.
Hiring Process to Assess Advanced Technical Skills
The interview process will evaluate candidates across coding proficiency, problem-solving capabilities, and system design expertise. Shortlisted applicants will be invited for in-person discussions with hiring teams during the recruitment event.
The company stated that the expansion supports its efforts to strengthen deep-tech capabilities in areas including generative AI, machine learning operations (MLOps), and large-scale AI infrastructure.
Lucknow Center Positioned as AI and Deep-Tech Hub
InMobi said its Lucknow Technology Center is increasingly becoming an important center for developing technologies related to AI, advertising, and agentic commerce.
The company operates across multiple technology businesses, including advertising platforms and consumer-facing services, while leveraging machine learning, data science, and generative AI capabilities.

By launching the initiative during Bada Mangal, InMobi stated that it aims to reinforce its long-term investment in Lucknow’s growing technology ecosystem while creating more opportunities for experienced engineering talent in the region.
