HP has expanded its Chromebook lineup in India with the introduction of the Chromebook 15.6. The new laptop is priced affordably and features an Intel Celeron processor, access to Google Assistant, and other notable features.
The HP Chromebook 15.6 (15A-NA0012TU) features a 15.6-inch HD display with micro-edge bezels and 250 nits of brightness. Under the hood, the laptop is equipped with an Intel Celeron N4500 processor that can reach clock speeds of up to 2.8GHz, along with integrated Intel UHD graphics.
HP Chromebook (15A-NA0012TU) is packed with 4GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB of eMMC storage. It features dual mics, a Wide Vision HD camera with temporal noise reduction (TNR), and large dual speakers with an improved speaker enclosure design. In terms of connectivity, it has Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0, as well as two USB Type-C ports (one for power delivery and DisplayPort), one USB Type-A port, a microSD card slot, and a headphone/microphone jack.
The new HP Chromebook 15.6 features a 47Wh battery and a 45W adaptor, and it runs Chrome OS. Other features include a dedicated numeric keypad, HP QuickDrop for file transfers, Office 365 compatibility, and access to Google Assistant, Google Classroom, and 12 months of Google One with 100GB of cloud storage. The laptop is the latest addition to HP’s range of Chromebooks in India, which includes the Chromebook x360 14a, the Chromebook x360, the Chromebook 11, and the Chromebook 14.
