Launch of Forklift Latent Mobile Robot QF-1000
The Forklift Latent Mobile Robot QF-1000 was a highlight of Hikrobot’s participation at the expo. This innovative robot combines the flexibility of a mobile platform with the capability of directly carrying pallet loads, making it an ideal solution for various industrial applications. Compared to traditional forklifts, the QF-1000 is lighter and suitable for low-floor load-bearing environments. Its ability to operate in extremely narrow aisles and increase moving speed by 25% enhances warehouse capacity and efficiency. The robot is equipped with advanced safety features, offering 360° protection and status monitoring via screens, indicators, and speakers. It also supports Wi-Fi communication with seamless roaming in network-covered areas, ensuring continuous operation.
Tugging AMR and Machine Vision Solutions
Hikrobot’s F-7 2000 Tugging AMR was another major attraction. With a load capacity of 2000 kg and high-precision movement with 5 mm accuracy, this robot is designed for heavy-duty tasks. It features natural navigation and supports automatic hooking and unhooking, further streamlining operations in logistics and manufacturing environments.

The Automation Expo 2024, inaugurated by Subramanian Sarma, President (Energy) and Member of the Board at Larsen & Toubro, attracted key players and stakeholders from the Indian automation industry.
