Crayon Software Experts India, a global leader in digital transformation services, has inaugurated its first Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Incubation Center in Bengaluru, in collaboration with Amazon Web Services India Private Limited (AWS India). The center is designed to support Indian ISVs and startups in developing cloud-based digital solutions for public sector applications, including agriculture, healthcare, utilities, smart infrastructure, and edtech.
ISVs and startups often face challenges in navigating technology advancements, minimizing time-to-market, and providing solutions with robust governance and data security. The Crayon-ISV Incubation Center aims to empower these entities by offering technical and business knowledge to bring their ideas to market, scale their solutions, and address the needs of public sector organizations more effectively.
Participants at the incubation center will receive support from AWS, Crayon, and partners, covering areas such as cloud business strategy, infrastructure migration, software-as-a-service (SaaS) development, and advanced cloud capabilities like machine learning and artificial intelligence. Networking activities facilitated by Crayon will also provide opportunities for ISVs to pitch their solutions to public sector customers. The incubation period is expected to last between six to nine months.

AWS and Crayon will facilitate the onboarding of identified ISVs to the AWS Partner Network (APN), providing technical expertise, funding, go-to-market resources, and increased visibility to customers. The collaboration aims to support ISVs in developing business plans, creating innovative solutions, and growing their businesses.
The initiative aligns with a report by Accenture, commissioned by AWS, which suggests that embracing cloud-enabled technologies in sectors like education, healthcare, and agriculture in India could unlock significant productivity gains by 2030. AWS is committed to nurturing local businesses to address unique problem statements in India.
Gagandeep Randhawa, CEO at EaseMyAI, an ISV part of the first cohort at the incubation center, expressed excitement about the potential collaboration. “AWS provides a wide range of cloud services that can accelerate our innovation in AI and ML, and we have the potential to leverage their global expertise and enhance our market readiness. We also look forward to connecting with Crayon and AWS’s wide customer and partner network to strengthen and expand our presence,” said Gagandeep Randhawa, Chief Executive Officer at EaseMyAI, an ISV that develops innovative AI products making automation simple for businesses, government organizations and education sector, and is part of the first cohort at the incubation center, “We look forward to utilizing Crayon’s ISV Incubation Center to accelerate our software development lifecycle.” Randhawa said.
