Core Integra aims to achieve 500 crore revenue by the end of the fiscal year

Core Integra, the leading Labour Law compliances and HR practices firm in India, has set its sights on a significant milestone. The company aims to achieve a revenue of 500 crore by the end of the current fiscal year, building upon its current operating revenue of 330 crores. With a positive outlook on the rapid digitization initiatives in the labour law compliance domain, Core Integra anticipates higher adoption across industries. This trend is supported by the government’s ‘ease of doing business’ strategy. One of their key offerings, Ctrl F, is currently the largest and most comprehensive platform for labour law compliances in India, serving 300 clients across 28 industries and over 10,000 enterprise users.

To further solidify its position nationwide, Core Integra plans to expand its presence in at least three new cities every quarter in FY 2023. The company’s headquarters is located in Mumbai, with branch offices in Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Delhi. Additionally, Core Integra has an exclusive Technology Development Centre in Solapur, Maharashtra.

Ctrl F, developed by Core Integra, is a comprehensive Reg-Tech platform that serves as a central hub for Acts, Laws, and Compliances. It caters to organizations of all sizes, ranging from start-ups to large corporates. Since its introduction, Ctrl F has received a highly positive response from the industry, particularly from the IT/ITES and BFSI sectors. The SaaS platform has already surpassed 10,000 enterprise users, including several Fortune 500 companies. With strong industry traction, Core Integra aims to grow its clientele by 300% year-on-year and surpass the 1000-client milestone this year. This expansion reaffirms Ctrl F’s position as the undisputed leader in the labour law compliance space in India.

Ctrl F offers seamless integration with third-party tools, HCM suite, and Accounting ERP. It is also equipped with advanced technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. This SaaS-based plug-and-play tool provides free access to 40,000 pages of Indian labour laws, over 1000 Laws and Acts, 10,000+ compliances, 20,000+ legal updates, and 1000+ formats, including 150+ bi-lingual formats. By optimizing productivity and reducing compliance efforts by 500-600 man-hours per annum for mid-sized corporations, Ctrl F delivers at least a 30% reduction in the cost of compliance execution.
