COLORFUL Technology has introduced the new iGame B850M ULTRA Series motherboards, expanding its lineup for AMD Ryzen desktop platforms. The new series includes the iGame B850M ULTRA-S and iGame B850M ULTRA-OC, targeting gamers, creators, and PC enthusiasts.
The company said the motherboards combine advanced power delivery systems, DDR5 memory support, PCIe 5.0 connectivity, and modern networking features within compact Micro-ATX designs.
Designed for High-Performance Gaming and Content Creation
The new motherboards feature an all-black aesthetic with matte-finish cooling armor intended to complement the latest iGame GeForce RTX 50 Series graphics cards.
Both models support AMD Ryzen desktop processors, including Ryzen 9000 Series X3D chips, and include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, PCIe 5.0 expansion, and AMD EXPO-enabled DDR5 memory support.
iGame B850M ULTRA-S Targets Mainstream Gaming and Professional Workloads
The iGame B850M ULTRA-S is equipped with a 14+2+1 phase 80A DrMOS power design and dual 8-pin CPU power connectors aimed at supporting flagship processors under sustained workloads.
The motherboard includes four reinforced DDR5 DIMM slots supporting up to 256GB memory capacity and speeds up to DDR5-8400 through overclocking.
Storage options comprise three M.2 slots, including two PCIe 5.0 x4 interfaces and one PCIe 4.0 x4 slot. Connectivity includes USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 Type-C, multiple USB ports, HDMI, DisplayPort, 2.5Gb Ethernet, and Wi-Fi 7 support.
iGame B850M ULTRA-OC Built for Overclocking Enthusiasts
The iGame B850M ULTRA-OC is designed for advanced users and overclockers, featuring a 10+2+1 phase 60A DrMOS power architecture optimized for high-end processors such as AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D and Ryzen 7 9850X3D.
The board adopts a dual-DIMM layout intended to maximize memory overclocking performance, supporting DDR5-8400 with AMD EXPO and manual overclocking capabilities up to DDR5-8800.
It also includes four M.2 slots with PCIe 5.0 and PCIe 4.0 support, alongside upgraded networking featuring 5Gb Ethernet, Wi-Fi 7, and Bluetooth 5.4.
PCIe 5.0 and High-Speed Connectivity Across Both Models
Both motherboards support PCIe 5.0 graphics slots with quick-release mechanisms, PCIe 5.0 storage expansion, and modern USB Type-C interfaces designed for next-generation desktop systems.
The compact Micro-ATX form factor aims to balance performance and space efficiency for gaming, content creation, and workstation builds.
