Android users of WhatsApp will now be able to share a maximum of 100 media items

WhatsApp is introducing a new feature for its Android beta users, which will enable them to share up to 100 media items in a single chat. This marks an increase from the previous limit of 30, providing users with more flexibility in sharing their memories and moments with others. This change will also eliminate the need for users to repeatedly select the same photos or videos when they want to send multiple media files.

WhatsApp is looking to introduce several new features to its platform, including the ability to pin messages within individual chats and groups. Currently, users can only pin selected chats in their chat list. However, with this new feature, they will have quick access to their most important messages.

Please note that this feature is still under development and if a message is pinned and the recipient is using an outdated version of WhatsApp, the app will add a message in the conversation to encourage them to upgrade to the latest version available on the app store.
