Other notable investors include Chandigarh Angel Network (CAN) and Growth91. This funding will be used to enhance product development, expand the team, and boost sales and marketing strategies, propelling LiaPlus towards further growth.

LiaPlus AI offers Lia, an AI Call Assistant designed for sales and customer support, capable of performing tasks autonomously, akin to human workers. The platform, which supports 18 languages, handles millions of calls per hour and operates 24/7. LiaPlus integrates emotional understanding, setting itself apart from traditional AI models, with a focus on delivering real-time, human-like interactions.

The company’s broader vision is to create a marketplace where businesses can effortlessly hire AI employees for customer service or sales roles through a few clicks, thus revolutionizing workforce automation. Lia is just one of the 100 AI employees currently in development, aimed at reshaping the future of AI-driven business operations.

Leadership and Expertise

Co-founded by Shailesh Jaiswal, an expert in Organizational Behaviour with significant consulting experience, and Smridhi Seth, a distinguished AI/ML researcher, LiaPlus AI is led by a team with strong academic backgrounds and industry experience. Both co-founders have a deep understanding of automation, AI, and customer support technologies.

Shailesh Jaiswal holds a master’s degree in Organizational Behaviour from the University of Delhi and has worked extensively with multinational corporations on prompt engineering and AI automation solutions. Smridhi Seth, also a University of Delhi graduate, has over five years of experience in data science and AI-driven R&D and has been recognized twice with the Gold Medal by the President of India for her academic excellence.

LiaPlus’s platform stands out in the market with a 95% task completion rate, a significant leap over competitors’ average of 12-20%. The system integrates seamlessly with existing B2B infrastructures, ensuring fast adoption and operational efficiency. Notably, it ensures less than 400 milliseconds of latency for real-time, natural conversations.

The company has established a strong global presence, with strategic alliances in India, Africa, the Middle East, and Australia, and is targeting the BFSI and e-commerce sectors.
