Acer India has unveiled the new Aspire 5 AI laptop in India, expanding its portfolio of AI-enabled computing devices. Designed for productivity, multitasking, and entertainment, the laptop combines Intel Core Ultra processors with a lightweight form factor aimed at modern users.
Aspire 5 AI Laptop is Powered by Intel Core Ultra 5 and Ultra 7 Processors
The Aspire 5 AI is equipped with Intel Core Ultra 5 and Ultra 7 H-series processors designed to deliver faster performance and improved efficiency for everyday workloads. The laptop supports up to 32GB LPDDR5 memory and up to 1TB NVMe SSD storage, enabling smoother multitasking, quicker application loading, and efficient handling of larger files.
The configuration is intended to support productivity tasks, content consumption, and light gaming without compromising responsiveness.
14-Inch WUXGA Display with 16:10 Aspect Ratio
The laptop features a 14-inch WUXGA IPS display with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 and a 16:10 aspect ratio, providing additional screen space for productivity. Acer’s ComfyView technology is included to reduce glare during prolonged use.
The display is designed to deliver sharper visuals, accurate colours, and wider viewing angles suitable for work and entertainment.
Lightweight Design Focuses on Portability
Built with mobility in mind, the Aspire 5 AI measures 17.5 mm in thickness and weighs approximately 1.2 kg. The laptop also features a 180-degree hinge, allowing the screen to lay flat for collaborative use.
Additional usability features include a backlit keyboard and a precision multi-gesture touchpad aimed at improving productivity across varying environments.
Connectivity and AI-Ready Features
The Aspire 5 AI includes USB Type-C ports supporting charging, data transfer, and display output, along with 65W Type-C fast charging. Other connectivity options include HDMI, multiple USB ports, an SD card reader, and a headphone jack.
For wireless connectivity, the laptop supports Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1 or above, enabling stable performance for streaming, video calls, and connected peripherals.
The device also incorporates a Full HD webcam with a physical privacy shutter, dual stereo speakers, and runs on Windows 11 Home.
Price and Availability of Aspire 5 AI Laptop
The laptop is powered by a 54Wh battery with 65W charging support, designed to offer reliable all-day usage. The Acer Aspire 5 AI starts at ₹79,999 and will be available through Acer Exclusive Stores, the Acer online store, Amazon, Croma, Reliance, and Vijay Sales across India.
