Madhav Sheth Steps Down as Realme India CEO After 5 Years

Madhav Sheth, the former CEO of realme India, VP of realme, and President of realme International Business Group, recently announced his resignation from the company. After five successful years with realme, Sheth took to Twitter to share the news of his departure.

His absence at realme’s recent flagship launch event for the realme 11 Pro 5G series drew attention. Speculation had been circulating about his potential appointment as the CEO of HONOR India, aimed at revitalizing its smartphone business.

In addition to his resignation, Sheth also revealed that Sky Li, the founder and CEO of realme, would be taking charge of the India market. This signifies a change in leadership and organizational structure, with Li directly involved in managing realme’s operations and strategic direction in India.

Sheth expressed his gratitude and stated, “After a long conversation with Sky Li and also with his support, it’s time for me to contribute my share to the country’s export business,” in his letter.
