Brother International India has launched the PR1060W 10-needle embroidery machine in India. Designed for professional embroiderers, boutique owners, fashion designers and garment manufacturers, the machine offers stitching speeds of up to 1,000 stitches per minute (spm), a built-in camera for design placement and wireless connectivity.
The PR1060W is designed for businesses of different sizes, including home-based embroidery ventures and commercial units. It supports applications such as custom apparel, personalised garments, fashion accessories and made-to-order embroidery. The machine is available across India through Brother authorised dealers and distributors.
Brother PR1060W Offers Built-In Camera and 360mm x 200mm Embroidery Area
One of the key features of the PR1060W is its built-in camera, which helps users position embroidery designs accurately before stitching. It also supports Matrix Copy, a feature that replicates designs with even spacing. These capabilities are designed to improve consistency, reduce material wastage and simplify customised and bulk embroidery work.
The machine offers a 360mm x 200mm embroidery area and comes with a 10.1-inch high-resolution touchscreen for managing designs and settings. An automatic needle threader helps reduce setup time when changing colours.
Wireless LAN and My Stitch Monitor for Remote Tracking
The Brother PR1060W supports Wireless LAN, allowing users to transfer embroidery designs to the machine without using cables or memory sticks.
It also features My Stitch Monitor, which lets users track embroidery job progress from a smartphone. This allows business owners and operators to monitor ongoing work without having to remain beside the machine.
For beginners, the machine includes 1,280 built-in embroidery patterns, 50 fonts and one 3D font. Users can also access tutorials by scanning a QR code displayed on the machine.
Security lock modes are available to help workshops protect machine settings and designs.
Optional Frames and Accessories Expand Embroidery Applications
The PR1060W supports optional accessories that allow businesses to handle different types of embroidery projects. These include magnetic, clamp, cap, sleeve and round frames, along with a wide table.
The machine can be used for embroidery on caps, T-shirts and tubular garments with the appropriate optional frames. Brother also offers Ready-made Apparel, Sports and Monogramming Kits to help users expand their services.
PE-DESIGN 11 Software and Artspira App Support
Brother’s PE-DESIGN 11 software complements the PR1060W with 130 fonts, Auto Punch and Photo Stitch features. These tools allow users to convert artwork and photographs into stitch-ready designs.
The Artspira mobile app lets users create and edit embroidery designs on the go and send them wirelessly to supported Brother machines.
Brother PR1060W Availability in India
The Brother PR1060W 10-needle embroidery machine is available across India through authorised Brother dealers and distributors. The company has not disclosed its price in the launch announcement.
