GoFloaters Launches AI-Powered Workplace Intelligence Platform for Hybrid Work Management

Enterprise workplace technology company GoFloaters has introduced AI-powered Workplace Intelligence capabilities to help organisations manage workplace inventory, hybrid work and distributed operations more efficiently.

The new capabilities are integrated into GoFloaters’ existing technology platform, which connects enterprises with a workplace network spanning more than 50 cities, 360+ workspace operators, 35,000 seats and over 4,000 meeting rooms across India.

AI to Simplify Workplace Management

GoFloaters has integrated an AI layer into its core platform to automate workplace inventory management, improve workplace intelligence and support faster decision-making for enterprises managing teams across multiple locations.

The new capabilities are aimed at helping organisations gain better visibility into workplace availability and operations while simplifying the management of distributed workplace infrastructure.

WorqFlexi Offers Centralised Workplace Management

GoFloaters’ enterprise workplace platform, WorqFlexi, provides organisations with a single interface to manage key workplace functions. These include workplace access, bookings, approvals, utilisation insights and reporting.

By bringing these functions together, the platform helps organisations reduce the need to coordinate separately with multiple workspace providers and systems.

Supporting the Future of Hybrid Work

The launch comes as organisations continue to adapt their workplace strategies to changing hybrid and distributed work models. GoFloaters said the growing role of technology and artificial intelligence in commercial real estate is creating new opportunities to make workplace operations more efficient.

Leadership Comment

“Managing workplace infrastructure today involves far more than finding office space. Enterprises need better visibility into utilisation, availability and operational workflows,” said Shyam Sundar Nagarajan, Founder and CEO of GoFloaters. “Our focus has been on building the technology infrastructure that connects this ecosystem, with AI helping simplify operations and improve decision-making.”

With its AI-powered Workplace Intelligence capabilities, GoFloaters aims to help enterprises better manage workplace infrastructure across multiple locations while improving operational visibility and decision-making.

The company plans to continue expanding its technology capabilities to support organisations as their hybrid workplace requirements evolve.
