Data Science Wizards (DSW), the company behind the DSW UnifyAI OS Enterprise AI Operating System, has launched the DSW AI Partnership Model, a new engagement framework aimed at helping enterprises build, deploy, and manage AI at scale.
The company says the new model is designed to help organisations move beyond isolated AI experiments and establish AI as a governed, scalable, and long-term business capability.
Focus on Long-Term AI Adoption
According to DSW, many enterprises continue to face challenges in taking AI projects from proof-of-concept stages to production. The company believes these challenges often stem from traditional implementation models that prioritise technology deployment over long-term business outcomes.
The AI Partnership Model is designed as a long-term engagement in which DSW works alongside enterprises to identify AI opportunities, establish governance frameworks, deploy AI into production, and continuously optimise performance.
Business Outcomes at the Core
A key element of the framework is a jointly defined Statement of Business Purpose, which outlines the business goals an organisation aims to achieve through AI. This document guides use-case selection, system architecture, implementation, governance, and performance measurement throughout the engagement.
Rather than focusing on project completion alone, the model measures success based on agreed business outcomes.
Four Guiding Principles
The DSW AI Partnership Model is built around four core principles: business purpose before technology, production-ready AI with predictable deployment, shared accountability between DSW and the customer, and enterprise ownership of data, models, workflows, source code, and intellectual property.
The company says the approach also allows organisations to avoid vendor lock-in by maintaining flexibility over future technology choices.
Powered by DSW UnifyAI OS
DSW combines its enterprise AI consulting and product engineering capabilities with its DSW UnifyAI OS platform to help organisations orchestrate, govern, and manage AI across multiple models, AI agents, enterprise applications, and deployment environments.
However, the company says the engagement remains technology-agnostic and is tailored to each customer’s business priorities and existing IT architecture.
End-to-End AI Lifecycle Support
Unlike conventional AI implementation projects that conclude after deployment, the DSW AI Partnership Model covers the complete AI lifecycle. This includes governance, observability, lifecycle management, continuous optimisation, agentic workflow design, stakeholder enablement, and ongoing development of an enterprise AI roadmap.
The framework also includes regular governance reviews, executive steering meetings, technical working sessions, and outcome assessments to ensure AI initiatives remain aligned with business objectives.
Designed for Regulated Industries
The AI Partnership Model is intended for enterprises across banking, financial services, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, the public sector, and other regulated industries that are looking to build scalable and sustainable AI capabilities.
Growing Enterprise Interest
According to DSW, several enterprise customers are already in discussions to adopt the AI Partnership Model, reflecting increasing demand for long-term AI partnerships focused on measurable business outcomes rather than standalone implementation projects.
Leadership Comments
“Enterprises do not invest in AI to deploy more technology they invest in AI to improve business performance,” said Sandeep Khuperkar, Founder and CEO, Data Science Wizards.
“Too many AI programs struggle not because the technology falls short, but because AI is implemented as a collection of disconnected tools and pilots rather than as part of the enterprise’s core architecture. Becoming AI-native requires organizations to bring intelligence into the very fabric of the enterprise across systems, processes, decisions and customer experiences. Through our AI Partnership Model, we are making a different commitment: to work alongside our customers as they architect, operationalize and govern AI as a continuous enterprise capability. Success is not measured by what we deploy, but by our customers’ ability to bring AI into production with predictability, scale it responsibly and create lasting business value.”
Pritesh Tiwari, Founder and Chief Data Scientist at Data Science Wizards, added:Â “As enterprises adopt multiple AI models, intelligent agents and increasingly complex technology ecosystems, they need more than implementation support. They need an operating approach that helps them orchestrate, govern, observe and continuously improve AI in production. Our AI Partnership Model is designed to provide that continuity while ensuring customers retain choice, control and ownership of what they build.”
