The Equal Agency has unveiled a refreshed brand identity for Routematic, marking the next phase of the technology-driven employee transportation platform’s evolution into a comprehensive corporate mobility partner.
The rebranding project was awarded to The Equal Agency following a competitive multi-agency pitch conducted last year. Working closely with Routematic’s leadership team, the agency developed a new brand platform and visual identity designed to reflect the company’s focus on technology, operational excellence, and employee-centric mobility solutions.
New Identity Reflects Growth and Transformation
The refreshed identity introduces a redesigned logo, a modern color palette, and a unified visual language that extends across all customer touchpoints, including the Routematic mobile application and software interfaces.
At the center of the new branding is an arrow-inspired symbol that represents movement, direction, and progress. The design is intended to capture Routematic’s role in transforming complex employee transportation requirements into streamlined and efficiently managed commuting experiences.
Powered by Intelligence, Driven by Care
The new color system has been developed to represent two key aspects of the brand—technology-driven intelligence and a strong focus on passenger safety and care.
These elements are brought together through the company’s brand promise, “Powered by Intelligence. Driven by Care.”
According to the company, the refreshed identity is designed to communicate Routematic’s commitment to delivering reliable, technology-enabled mobility services while maintaining a strong emphasis on employee experience and operational accountability.
Expanding Corporate Mobility Presence
Routematic has established a significant presence in the corporate mobility sector, serving more than 300 enterprises across 23 cities. The company currently facilitates over 5 million employee trips every month for a workforce exceeding 300,000 employees.
Backed by more than US$45 million in funding, the company is also accelerating its growth plans following a recent US$40 million Series C funding round. As part of its expansion strategy, Routematic plans to increase its fleet size to 10,000 vehicles, strengthening its position in the corporate mobility market.

The new brand identity goes beyond updated design elements and serves as a reflection of Routematic’s broader transformation into a full-service mobility partner.
The company says the refreshed brand embodies its mission of bringing greater clarity to transportation logistics, enhanced operational control for enterprises, and a more dependable commuting experience for employees across India.
