Huawei has commenced the rollout of the latest HarmonyOS 4.2 update for its MatePad Pro tablets, specifically targeting the MatePad Pro 13.2 and MatePad Pro 11 models from the year 2024. Initially available in China, this eagerly anticipated update aims to elevate user experience and bolster device security for Huawei’s esteemed tablet users.
The HarmonyOS 4.2 update represents Huawei’s commitment to continuous improvement and innovation, delivering a host of enhancements to make the MatePad Pro tablets easier to use and more secure. To initiate the update process, users are required to have a minimum of 8GB of free storage space available. The update, identified as version 4.2.0.208, is accessible to tablets currently operating on earlier versions such as 4.0.0.157 or 4.2.0.202.
