HONORTech has confirmed the impending launch of the HONOR 90 5G smartphone in India. In a recent episode of AskMahav, the company’s CEO reaffirmed the commitment to delivering a clean user experience devoid of bloatware, emphasizing the importance of a smooth and stable interface.
In the latest announcement, HONORTech revealed that the Indian variant of the phone will run on MagicOS 7.1, built upon the foundation of Android 13. This fresh operating system is designed to offer a seamless user experience that extends across various platforms and devices.
MagicOS introduces a revamped software architecture, focusing on enhancing productivity and enriching the overall smart life experience. Notably, it facilitates seamless cross-device collaboration, enabling devices with different operating systems to connect with MagicOS devices at a system level.
Among the interface changes and features, MagicOS 7.1 introduces HonorShare, which allows users to control an HONOR laptop, smartphone, and tablet using a single keyboard and mouse. This integration simplifies multi-device interactions and enhances connectivity, offering automatic pairing, fast data transfers, and a streamlined operational experience.
MagicOS 7.1 also introduces a feature called MagicText, capable of intelligently identifying text within images and converting it into a file, optimizing productivity. With MagicText, users can effortlessly capture text using their device’s camera and save it as a PDF file with a simple tap.
