Ali Hyder: Focus Academy is joining forces with Avinash Group of Colleges in Hyderabad as an initial pilot initiative to train and position 60 students in the Talent Pool program by July 2023. This initiative will provide employers with the opportunity to evaluate the skills and potential of these students.
The success of this pilot project will serve as a stepping stone for Focus Softnet to extend the program to additional institutes, both in tier 1 and tier 2 cities across India.

- Step 3- allows students to work alongside the Focus Softnet team, giving them real-time client experience.
- Step 4 – students are given a place in a pool that attracts employers from 17 countries worldwide.
